another quickie...please pray!

How ironic.

After posting this afternoon, I was in so much pain I decided not to wait and I went into the Lake City Medical Center. After spending over an hour and a half there, they sent me with a vile of blood into Gunnison to get a full liver scan. Turns out my liver is fine (Praise God!) but I have to go back in the morning to see how the gallbladder is with an ultrasound. Unfortunately when I had my vitals checked at the Med-Center, my blood pressure was really high and I was supposed to be on bedrest tonight (that obviously couldn't happen since I had to go into Gunni...), so I've got to get that checked out as well tomorrow because I've had other minor symptoms of pre-eclampsia...prayer for all these things would be greatly appreciated. I don't know if I can handle this pain for another 8 weeks, it gets more intense every day even eating a low fat diet, so I'm really praying there is some solution. This also affects our decision with going with the midwife, because I don't want to switch this late in the pregnancy if I have complications (especially not with the added distance of driving to Montrose for appointments)...I guess it's a good thing I hadn't officially made the switch, that's actually what I was planning to do this afternoon. So we'll just wait and see what happens tomorrow, I'm really not worried just in pain.
