We woke up to a bear eating our garbage yesterday morning. He had visited us twice during the night already and this time we couldn't seem to scare him off...here are some lousy attempts at capturing him:
The screen and flash didn't mix well. Unfortunately right after this picture was attempted my camera batteries died...so unfortunate because I had the greatest close up shot of the bear eating our garbage.
by the time I got new batteries the bear had finally backed away and was retreating. It's rare to see a bear in the daylight especially this close up...
there he is between the rails....and there is some of his breakfast :D

it's hilarious that almost all of them are of her sleeping. I wonder if she'll be doing that at 11 months.....hehe.
wow. makes me glad I DID close the window that night one of you left it open. creepy bear. is it a brown one?
so I miss you so freakin much. I hate driving on foothill, because the first few times I ever did was to go to your starbucks. arg.
